Who should I contact about getting a quote for new equipment ?

First contact should be made to Brian Schofield the operations Manager. He will be able to guide you through the rest of the process whether that be a simply quote for a standard piece of equipment or a detailed design for a custom piece of equipment to suit your needs.

How should I go about ordering spare parts for my equipment ?

Rob in the parts department will be able to help you support your existing equipment. All equipment build in recent years has been given a build number located on an engraved build plate fixed to your equipment. This number should be quoted with any request for parts so that we can double check that the correct part is being provide.

What sort of information will you need from me to give me a quote for new equipment ?

Product types to be manufactured, Product Capacities and Product discharge rates are the main considerations. As the design develops we will also need detailed information on any customer supplied or preferred components, for example preferred cab chassis in the case of a mixing vehicle. Our design team will work with you to provide a turn key solution.

What sort of Cab Chassis can I use ?

There is no restriction on the brand or type of chassis that you can use as all equipment is designed to suit. However all equipment built by IEE is designed to meet stability and manufacturer axle loading requirements and this may restrict the final design.
