These systems are designed to fit
your cab chassis. With our extensive design knowledge these units can be fully
fitted up and commissioned within minimal time after delivery.
These units consist of an Ammonium Nitrate storage tank and a process fuel oil tank. Product
is discharged using either an overhead or side mounted auger or by pneumatic hose.
Electronic controls are placed in the cabin of the unit. Which can allow the
unit to be operated by a single person. These controls allow batch and total amounts to be recorded. Specialised controllers can also provide ingredient percentages and individual ingredient rates.
Bin capacities range from 1-18 tonnes (2204 lbs - 39672 lbs), with discharge rates from 50kgs (110 lbs) - 1000kgs (2204 lbs) per minute.
